+ Happy New Year! +

I uploaded my New Year's cards.

+ "а" and "о" +

I made four types of the New Year's cards and, actually, I had been a little bit satisfied. However, when I showed the card of the Russian version to my co-workers and my students, really all of them pointed out one thing. Well, my card had a miss spelling. I should write "Это" instead of "Эта." (The pronunciation is E-TA.) When I got the pointing out, first I thought I should update the data, however then, I found that the mistake was a little bit funny. My mistake was very basically and it showed my real Russian level. Maybe, in the future, I will be able to remember a lot of things of the nowadays in Irkutsk when I will see the card again. It's interesting, don't you think so? That is why I decided not to correct the miss spelling.

Well, actually, writing is the most difficult part for me because I had never deal with the Russian characters since I came to Russia. It gets familiar and familiar during these four months; however it is still very complicated for me.

Hey, my students, I really can understand your feeling!

+ Russian Music +

I got a set of stationeries and two CDs as my birthday presents from my co-workers. The CDs are MP3 collections of Russian songs and these have 267 songs! These are good for me to touch the Russian music culture because I only know two groups, t.A.T.u. and V.I.A.«GRA» I couldn't find other singers' information when I searched in the Internet in Japanese language. I am happy because I can listen to the Russian popular songs. Well, I didn't listen to all songs yet; however, most of the songs have Russian rhythms and melodies and, of course but, those atmospheres are very different not only from Japanese but also from the U.S. Then, such rhythms and melodies reminded me of French Canadian culture. Humm, it's interesting.

I list up the singers' names as key words for the people who only can find two groups' information.

  • Бонни & Клайд
  • Koshka
  • Тригонометрия
  • SMS
  • Живой
  • Акустика
  • Цунами
  • Рубеж
  • Канарский
  • Детский лепет
  • Капля дегтя в бочке меда
  • город 312

Just copy and paste to the text box and push the search button of movie sharing sites. You will be able to feel something Russian, maybe.
